Here for every step of the dementia journey

We are Kent & Medway's award-winning dementia charity, proudly celebrating 35 years of supporting local people. Since 1991, we've stood beside thousands of families, providing expert care, practical guidance and compassionate support from the earliest concerns through every stage of dementia. Today, we're as committed as ever to ensuring nobody has to face dementia alone.

Celebrating 35 years.

This year marks an incredible milestone for ADSS.

For 35 years we've been helping people find hope after diagnosis, supporting carers through life's toughest moments and creating opportunities for people with dementia to continue living lives filled with purpose and connection.

As we celebrate our anniversary, we're also looking ahead - to reaching even more people who need us over the next 35 years.
